1. For example, including a button on the main interface that splits the window to show customer information without pressing the current button for a list of orders, then selecting the current order.

2. Also, there is no way to contact customer in the case you forget to deliver part of the order by accident when you are carrying multiple orders (it can get confusing and it's just human error).

3. Need to have an alert if there are going to be multiple orders for different customers at the same pick up location instead of it being all in one.

8. I can't tell you how many times I've had to use my phone while driving to verify the address or gate code as I got closer to the delivery location.The app has been horrible for the past 3 months.

9. I had two different orders, both customers had the same exact name but lived in different locations and it came all in the same order.

10. I noticed on my screen higher cancelation rate in your area error message on my screen.

11. It almost seems like all the requests slow down and I wonder if the app stops working and doesn't notify me or something is wrong with the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Uber Issues

1. Fix Uber Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Uber: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Uber App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Uber" » Open Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Uber » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Uber servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Uber app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Uber might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Uber. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Uber then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Uber not working


2. Fix Uber Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Uber be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Uber not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Uber may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
