1. 3 not more, because the app does not rotate on screen mirroring, it is stuck in tall screen mode, so it isnt useful for putting thermal images on your TV unless they are prerecorded, which defeats my purposes.Update 9/16/20: They finally removed location as a required permission.

2. Also, the USB connection is horrible.This app and associated thermal camera were excellent until the developer demanded that the user turn on the location and microphone permissions.

3. An earlier version required you to register an account and they backed off after people complained, but it looks like they've pushed back into requiring you to give up privacy to use the device you paid for.

1. Fix Seek Thermal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Seek Thermal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Seek Thermal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Seek Thermal" » Open Seek Thermal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Seek Thermal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Seek Thermal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Seek Thermal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Seek Thermal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Seek Thermal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Seek Thermal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Seek Thermal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Seek Thermal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Seek Thermal not working

2. Fix Seek Thermal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Seek Thermal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Seek Thermal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Seek Thermal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
