Awful There is absolutely no way of cancelling an order even though I ordered nothing in the first place just browsing through your website later that day i find out that one of the items i browsed was ordered and no way to cancel it whether through the website or the app and since it was way after working hours I have to call CS to cancel an order i didn't even orderZero for the app, zero for the prices, and zero for the customer service.
2. I can't use the app.App is good but i don't recommend buying from 2B as i received my order after 32 days and if you buy something in Installments with valu you have to visit the shop to sign a paper so why added to the app as this is not online shopping by any meansv bad search results.
3. Why should the customer bear your errors? Prices are unreliable, and customer service is unhelpful in resolving consumer issuesThe older version was more satisfying.
