1. Samsung 10+, Android 11, System Update 26.This used to be a really impressive app, but now I've tried installing on Android and iOS, in both instances after several installations the app just plays the Living Wine Labels animation over and over, and if you leave it eventually it says "Connection Error There was an issue connecting to the internet.
2. Shouldn't he tell them what happens to inmates who fail to obey the rules and the types of punishments? I hope the app developers get the bugs worked out and work on the story telling each character because this is a good premise and they could do so much more with it.
3. Actually, this app didn't work when my friend tried to show this to me a couple of months ago; but it worked on another friend's phone.
4. What bothers me is that for every single time except for the very first, the app crashes out about 1-2 seconds into the video, making it completely unusable.It would be awesome if it'd actually work.

9. Now, just like everyone else with an Android, you download the experience (I used it on several different bottles of 19 Crimes wine), it plays for 2 seconds, then the app just closes.
