1. Sometimes, this problem only affects the voice control through Alexa/Google, but sometimes the app will also not work, and I have to reboot the app a couple of times before it works.Not ok, the camera has great picture, but the connection and the app are horrendous.
2. It's essentially the same app as "Smart Life" with a few UI differences...works with the same devices.This Tuya Smart app used to work without too many issues, but after the last two or three updates, this app no longer functions correctly.
3. I don't need access to the camera every 5 min, I haven't checked it in weeks and was logged out and cannot connect to the camera at all.
4. Even if you allow location for only the one time, it takes multiple attempts to connect to the lights just a few feet away.
5. I've tried moving the camera to a different angle but still get snapshots whenever a bird or a bug flies by.

11. I'm pretty disappointed with how frequently they will disconnect/non-responsive, sometimes even one out of a pair that share a power source while the other continues to work.
We have too many problems with tuya
I need to cancel my subscription. I talked someone on the phone two weeks ago and was supposed to receive an email, which I did not. The money is deduct from my Bank account monthly. Very frustrating I cannot cancel the account. I do not have an account to refer to
