My photos and docs are all gone for good thanks...app UNINSTALL..😠Almost perfect app,but the reason I rated for 4 is that there is a glitch when I play a video when I tap the play button the share button pop up,and another thing the video doesn't play in the full size.Overall I want to request a feature #1.If this app had an in-app browser it could be better because I don't want to download a picture then upload .I'll directly download the picture from billo in-app browser.And I have agreed the terms of use + checked the lifecell site but theT.O.U still pop upIt's a nice app ever since I use it, I apploaded all my pictures but after some time I try to open the app it states that enter the code send to your email, I do try to check the email on Google app but I it states their is no email like this.

2. It will start all over again.Great, have all your photos, videos, documents in one place, but what I need to know is can this app help free up some of the internal storage space that the phone comes with, and also if this app is deleted will I still have all the photos, videos, documents etc .

3. It just would've been nice if instead of opening it all the time to upload photos and videos, it did so automatically in the background.

4. I noticed that many other users shared the waste of time experience as i did especially when we tried to match the texts (that guarantees failure).

5. I left the star remains after it's update because it doesn't work in the background when uploading files and even when the screen is off.

6. Please can you help me out, I don't wanna loose all my important memories photos.The app is okay, but there is a service with this too that you pay through the play store here.

9. Also, the terms popping up every time I open the app even though I already agreed is a slight annoyance.

1. Fix Billo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Billo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Billo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Billo" » Open Billo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Billo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Billo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Billo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Billo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Billo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Billo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Billo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Billo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Billo not working

2. Fix Billo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Billo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Billo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Billo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
