If you click one of the delivery service buttons it will let you order, however, after you add an order to your cart, it doesn't let you make any changes or even delete it.Not only is the app hard to navigate (it takes 3 links and full page loads to even start an order) and basically just a crappy browser front end on an already weak website, but I was never actually able to submit my order.

2. So I was never able to complete my order through the app.App is absolutely useless It would be helpful if 1 The ability to view the basic menu without a need to provide location.

3. Not ready for prime time.This app does not work or at least it doesn't work if you want to pick up the order yourself without using a delivery service, i.e. Uber.

9. "Pick up" isn't one of the options and it seems to not know there are any locations in the state of Michigan due to the "no stores in your location" error.

10. But the app is useless because you can't order online through the app nor can you see pricing on their menu.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Church's Texas Chicken" » Open Church's Texas Chicken® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Church's Texas Chicken » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Church's Texas Chicken® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Church's Texas Chicken servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Church's Texas Chicken®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Church's Texas Chicken app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Church's Texas Chicken might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Church's Texas Chicken. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Church's Texas Chicken then reinstall.
