1. Maybe I should just purchase a paper ticket if you're not going to address this mobile technology issue and uninstall the app.My passes kept disappearing before I could show it to the bus operator! I had 2 day passes on my app at the time, tried to use 1, clicked on the bus route I needed, confirmed I was boarding & the pass just disappeared.

2. What the actual hell are you guys doing neglecting this app to the core??? You guys need to be replaced so competent people can fix the app.Keep getting an error code stating "chain validation failed" have restarted phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

3. Y'all need to fix this app and your bus system because it's literally the worst! Having to get up 4 hours before my shift to catch a bus because y'all can't run efficiently or on time is ridiculous! Most horrible service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing!!This "No item in the cart" error with the transfer tickets needs to be resolved ASAP.

4. From the issue with the transfer ticket not working to now the "Chain Validation Failed" issue going on.

5. I had to purchase 2 more because the bus operator didn't believe it & it continued to happen! REFUND ME THE PRICE OF THOSE PASSES NOW!!!!! I emailed you guys!!This app NEEDS to be fixed.

6. I've tried to log out and back into this app, only to be greeted with a Chain validation failed stop error.

7. Why not just have a qr code to recognize purchase? Keep it simple!!! The star rating is due to my tickets not showing up in the app after downloading the app in my new phone.

8. I keep getting an error message and cant swap my passes .

9. 🤯😤Every time I go to get my transfer it ALWAYS gives me the "no items in cart" error.

10. And when I'm paying $50 for a mo th long pass and the app doesn't load my pass, and I can't get home it's really really aggravatingChain validation failed.

11. I've had to purchase more than one standard ticket just so I can transfer from one bus to another and it shouldn't be this way.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LYNX PawPass Issues

1. Fix LYNX PawPass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LYNX PawPass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LYNX PawPass App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LYNX PawPass" » Open LYNX PawPass » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LYNX PawPass » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LYNX PawPass app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LYNX PawPass servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LYNX PawPass" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LYNX PawPass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LYNX PawPass might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LYNX PawPass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LYNX PawPass then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LYNX PawPass not working


2. Fix LYNX PawPass Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LYNX PawPass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LYNX PawPass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LYNX PawPass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I purchased two monthly passes. One was standard for $50 and the other was youth for $25. When I login the app it says I have no tickets when I do. I need it to take my daughter to school.
