1. They ride very well, but its still s work in progress as the cheapest scooters around i guess.If i could give 0 stars I would.... App took my money for a promo because they charge every minute which should be expressed on the scooter, app will crash or freeze and take the money you use.

Should either give better rate if you choose a high amount to reload or let it only charge amount on ride after it is concludes and why would we need to pay for a unlock charge .. should be a charge for use not unlock and use charges Thank you for reading this rantGreat for a night ride on the town just out to see the night life on the Lynx it's easy to get set up to ride wit the app.

3. All the other scooter apps let me use my Google account.How do you change the speeds on these things? I did it once but i think one of the buttons do it..also i think i turned it off by accident but was still running on my account, and someone else got on it & rode 25$ out of my account.

4. I just happened to find one when rushing to work and put in the code but I barely ever see in the app when there's something nearby because it just won't load inYou cannot count on the app, some times scooter is not even there as it shows on the map and sometimes the scooter doesn't work.

5. The scooter also only can ride for about an hour before shutting off.Support is not great.

6. A week later I tried making a new account to see if they deleted it, but I couldn't.

7. I tried to get a refund and still haven't received it, complete scam do not waste your money you will deeply regret it.

8. Can i grt a refund somehow?! We need in depth tutorial on operations of these things, & an app that doesnt crash.

9. I chatted with customer support and they couldn't change it.

10. I downloaded lime right after and it worked very well.The scooters work... but they don't show up on the map app.

1. Fix Lynx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lynx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lynx App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lynx" » Open Lynx » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lynx » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lynx app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lynx servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lynx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lynx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lynx might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lynx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lynx then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lynx not working

2. Fix Lynx Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lynx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lynx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lynx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
