1. I understand the adds help pay for development but this is just overkill.It is a total scam, I get blasted with the GO PREMIUM FOR FREE screen EVERY time I try to scan an object, the first time it worked but then it wouldn't stop saying Premium, it's a scam, and a waste of time + space, and "Developers" dont even try saying the Copy and Pasted stuff, I know you think you're cool, but you're not, thank you.Got drawn in from tiktok and this app SUCKS!!!!! Doesn't even do what it advertised AT ALLLLLLLL! I also can't seem to find a place to cancel my damn subscription and opt out of paying the monthly fee so I'd appreciate someone showing me how to do that.

2. Otherwise im definitely reporting or going for the company on the grounds of false advertisement and falsifying information in order to commit fraud! Hey im allllllll for making money, but NOT at anyone else's PERIL! I WANT OUT, MAKE IT HAPPEN!If I could give it zero stars I would , everything needs premium membership to use which they try and get you to sign up too the the very first page.. nobody in their right mind is going to sign up and pay straight away without knowing how legit the app is ! Word of advice allow people to sample properly what is available and you will surely get more subscriptions if it does what it says on the tin .. uninstalled within 2 mins of downloading .. dont waste your memory peopleFalse claims, does not count items, money ect.

3. Then it wants me to sign up for premium? There are so many adds I cant even tell if I like the free version.

4. Your app DOES NOT do any of that free trial or full version.Doesn't even do what it was advertised to do.

5. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! and before trying to explain your way out by claiming the free trial doesnt include all features, that is a lie.

7. The "contact us" page doesn't even load! This app needs to be removed from the play store.

8. Didn't even get to see if it was like the ad at all, because of the free trial thing.

9. I'm ok with allowing you to try the app, with a few Items Purchase locked, But this didn't even let me have a chance..Should have looked at the reviews before I downloaded.

10. Then if you try to use it try to find out how to use it adds start popping in your screen.

1. Fix Translately Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Translately: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Translately App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Translately" » Open Translately - Image & PDF Tran » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Translately » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Translately - Image & PDF Tran app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Translately servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Translately - Image & PDF Tran" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Translately app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Translately might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Translately. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Translately then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Translately not working

2. Fix Translately Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Translately be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Translately not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Translately may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
