5. Going somewhere?
1. Been many times I've had to jump through some SERIOUS hoops because it just decided to take a LOT longer to transfer, for no apparent reason, and with no reliable indication of how long its going to take.Easy to use, their UI is simple and making transfer in domestic / International are also easy.
2. Update: it gets even worse! I now cannot add the money to pay for a transfer because the app gets stuck in a loop! When Wise works it's great.
3. A bit confusing with the US side: wire transfer requires a separate transfer which costs an unspecified amount of money and requires external action.
4. Also transfers show in the primary window just 'Wire transfer' as an option, even though both are subsequently possible.
5. Gets you to transfer money into an account and charges a fee.
6. Not very confident about using it to send money to anyone.I ended up paying over $4 in fees because the option for scheduling was hard to find.
7. I pressed on the X button at the top and then it told me the transfer has been cancelled.
8. Once a transfer is set up with manual bank payment, there is no visible way to exit that page.
9. You pretty much have to initiate your transfer and cross your fingers hoping it will transfer in the 13 minutes it claims.
10. Otherwise, it is a pretty easy service with what seems to be competitive fees.Works... most of the time.
11. Was really frustrated to pay fees because the option to not pay them was hidden and I didn't find it until later.Has always been the cheapest option for me UDS or GBP into EUR and back.
