Why should I report an Issue with Songstats: Music Analytics?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

The features are great but probably won't use for a while as it gets frustrating.A site every artist needs to have Record labels and Producers included.Its impossible to track and trace your tracks activities but this App cuts that responsibility down completely.With hig resolution not to mention interesting digital advert options that you can share.It is Amazing.Im still baffled about why it's not the leading music app .Please push the marketibg on this app guys.Just downloaded the app.

3. So, now I'm changing my rating to a 5 star because time is crucial and taking care of an artists before they are established is something rare.

4. I just love the app and keep up the good work! Plus the guys in the support team are really helpful and super friendly.

5. Stats are usefull to any artist.Some cool features but most stuff wouldn't connect to it like my socials etc.

6. Takes 30-60 seconds before it reacts to me clicking on anything, for example going between sections is taking forever, i keep pressing for ages and trying to gi back literally exits the app.

7. Rating 5 Stars for great customer support via the Google play review responses.

8. $10 a month is wild.The music industry is constantly evolving and adding new aspects.

9. Kudos for helping an artist on the way up 🤘The app is working fine for me, minus the back button closing the app completely.

10. I've not seen a team that genuinely cares about customer feedback and I'm happy to read non-scripted and honest replies.

11. It does take a bit of time to get reviews to add additional information from other sources but that would be my only concern.

1. Fix Songstats Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Songstats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Songstats App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Songstats" » Open Songstats: Music Analytics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Songstats » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Songstats: Music Analytics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Songstats servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Songstats: Music Analytics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Songstats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Songstats might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Songstats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Songstats then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Songstats not working

2. Fix Songstats Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Songstats be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Songstats not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Songstats may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
