TORRID Customer Insights

1. So for example if you see a tank in blue and you scroll down several pages and there it is again but in black... Why aren't they listed together? You click on the item and you choose your size but there are never color options.I love using this app.

2. Im nervous as heck.I love the new design, hate how long it takes it to load if I want to check my wishlist or my card balance.

3. Would be great if fixed where it doesn't auto refresh to the beginning of my search results.This new update REALLY annoys me.

4. Stop the fast fashion 🤮Browsing is tedious and time-consuming, I can never pick up where I left off after viewing an item, I have to start from the beginning and scroll back down.

5. Do glad I found Torrid ❤Absolutely love Torrid, and all of the fashionable options.

6. Its a hassle to then go find the same item that's only in a different color (I guess for now I will keep applying my perferences).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TORRID Issues

1. Fix TORRID Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TORRID: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TORRID App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TORRID" » Open TORRID » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TORRID » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TORRID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TORRID servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TORRID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TORRID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TORRID might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TORRID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TORRID then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TORRID not working


2. Fix TORRID Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TORRID be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TORRID not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TORRID may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
