1. I have bluetooth turned on on my phone (Samsung S8) always but I am constantly having to manually re-sync my watch to my phone, usually daily, in order to get texts on my phone and sync data.
2. The frustration with connecting watch and phone has grown weekly; don't think the watch has ever connected immediately and often now I need to turn the phone off/on two or three times to prompt the sync.

It seems to be most successful if I stare at it the whole time and keep touching my phone to prevent the screen from turning off, which is less than an ideal experience.I like the features of the app like keeping track of mileage, splits, and maps but an area that needs much improvement is the bluetooth pairing/syncing.
4. It will sync, but requires a phone restart to sync with the watch, and a 2nd restart to sync with the cloud (and does not show activity til then).

9. At this point my watch is 'full' and I can't download = no usable watch + no usable app.Think the app would be a be star if you could manually add a run or workout in case you forgot to charge device.
10. The app constantly crashes and freezes, and will not allow me to connect to either watch, or even send a message to the support team.
