1. No bugs or crashes yet.the small issue would be the wallpapers which would have been of better resolution and hope they will meet the aspect ratio of my Galaxy note 9 so that I don't have to crop it.I didn't even get to download one ringtone! Why is there an ad every ninty seconds?!! I'm deleting this app it's awful!!!I liked it just fine until I went into the app this morning to change my ringtone whereupon the app made me watch 4 video ads to get 1 ringtone! I used to be able to download the ringtones for free but now I get harassment instead! So I am now uninstalling and looking for a new app.

2. Right now the list is a mishmash of song titles with no artists, with misspelled and confusing information.This app works flawlessly and it contains many features such as ringtones, wallpapers, songs, tone maker.

3. Though it shows a few ads but its tolerable for exchange of such nice ringtones.The ringtones include most of my favourite songs and are in good quality.

4. I think it would be helpful for have a Guide on how to upload ringtones, add the Song name, Artist name and tags.

5. Won't be reinstalling.I couldnt find a specific ring tone so I sent in a request and was elated to see it added the next week! Way to come through! It really means so much to be seen.

6. You do have to watch an add or two in order to have access to the ring tones but that's life.Always loved this app and recently everything looks different.

7. I watched ads and then I went to set the ringtone and it was some generic little chime, definitely NOT what I downloaded.

1. Restart Music Ringtones: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Music Ringtones App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Music Ringtones" » Open Music Ringtones: Popular Songs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Music Ringtones » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Music Ringtones: Popular Songs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Music Ringtones servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Music Ringtones: Popular Songs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Music Ringtones app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Music Ringtones might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Music Ringtones. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Music Ringtones then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Music Ringtones not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Music Ringtones be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Music Ringtones not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Music Ringtones may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
