1. Edit: it's working now, thanks for the help.The app is ok I guess.. My issues is that there are some glitches with the search option and the fact that this only has videos is annoying because not all songs have mvs so there are a lot of songs I can't findIt's a good app, but you don't actually add all the music videos and performances to the app, especially Jay Park's songs and XG's latest song.

So i hope it will be fixed soon.this app is amazing it shows all of the Korean or K-Pop videos that you want to see and they even put it in English or different languages for you which is really good for all the K-pop supporters and I just think that this K-pop YouTube is better than normal YouTube cuz normal YouTube doesn't have everything that you need so this one is way much better for the K-pop people.

3. I don't know why it's still like this~ 😔The app is great! But I really really really don't like the fact that I have to open the YouTube app, watch a video on the YouTube app then go back on your app to watch new and popular kpop songs.

4. However, there aren't any songs of WayV... I get that this is kpop and WayV is cpop but WayV is still a unit of NCT and NCT is a kpop group.

1. Fix K-POP Tube Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart K-POP Tube: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the K-POP Tube App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "K-POP Tube" » Open K-POP Tube - Popular & Recent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for K-POP Tube » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear K-POP Tube - Popular & Recent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from K-POP Tube servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "K-POP Tube - Popular & Recent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check K-POP Tube app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, K-POP Tube might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall K-POP Tube. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall K-POP Tube then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing K-POP Tube not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make K-POP Tube be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to K-POP Tube not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, K-POP Tube may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
