1. Please consider this.So this game was my life a couple of years ago and..... I started to lose space and ending up deleting everything on my phone and the i forgot about it, and then i remebered about this when i saw other Toca games so i searched up toca city and im so exited to experience what i did a couple of years ago, although it sound like im over exaggerating, this game is actual cool tho 💜🙃Being the second toca life app or something, this is awesome.

It would be great if after having it for a few days it didn't completely stop working, I can get Into the app after ages of loading but once I click on any part of the city it proceeds to go to the loading screen, load, then freeze, then kick me off the gameIt's amazing but they should put houses in it under cafe but either way is so fun I made the rainbow red orange yellow green light blue dark blue purple pink white darker white grey black and I'm really happy what I made it's a really funPretty fun, doesn't require wifi, a good thing to pass the time.

6. Im an old child and I just get so wrapped up in all of the creative things and stories you can make up in the game! The people are super cute and this game is definitely worth $0.99! I hope that everyone who is looking at buying this app goes through with it.

7. The "reset button" is trash, i don't know if it has been updated but when i played the game i accidentally clicked it and without any warning whatsoever it reset everything I've previously done.

1. Fix Toca Life Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Toca Life: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Toca Life App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Toca Life" » Open Toca Life: City » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Toca Life » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Toca Life: City app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Toca Life servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Toca Life: City" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Toca Life app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Toca Life might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Toca Life. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Toca Life then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Toca Life not working

2. Fix Toca Life Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Toca Life be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Toca Life not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Toca Life may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
