All in all, its a good game but it's not worth the price you payI seen the trailer and I thought to myself "that looks fun and coolest I bought it with my money and guess what.It is really boring after like an hrs ngl.Im sorry if I'm being rude or anything but u guys could of made this free for such a small game,but I don't know how to get a refund so can someone help me?😭I remember playing this when I was at red Robin for the first time.

1. Fix Toca Boo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Toca Boo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Toca Boo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Toca Boo" » Open Toca Boo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Toca Boo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Toca Boo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Toca Boo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Toca Boo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Toca Boo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Toca Boo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Toca Boo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Toca Boo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Toca Boo not working

2. Fix Toca Boo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Toca Boo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Toca Boo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Toca Boo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
