1. I have other credit cards and they don't do this to me just Marshall credit cards and it was the bank make no kindofsenceEasy to use, I can make payments as often as I want! (more than once a month) which is a great way to pay down your bill without the high finance charge! I love Marshall's, good quality products and affordable prices! That's a win/win in my book! 💞App keeps telling me my password is incorrect but when I log in through the web browser it works just fine my problem is that the web browser wont let me use my $10 dollar reward in store it tells me to download the app to be able to get the barcode for the clerk to scan but I can't do that if the app doesn't work all i know is I won't be using the card no moreApp is easy to use.... I had problems with it freezing up, but I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it's working just fine ☺️... App is freezing up again and won't let...

If you're a shooper like me, you know that measurements vary by manufacturer.There is no delete button for all items in your cart and it takes forever to delete each one, it is very time consuming specially the confirmation that you want to delete the item... the back button delay for 3 seconds before it can return to the previous page, no zoom on the items, now it says access denied, their app crash and I could not get to anything... even after I close the app.

3. What a garbage app, I hope this gets an update, the app itself is very slow, unresponsive... old.Don't take this credit card they have lower my credit twice because of my credit score I soon as I finish paying them I am finish with them.

4. ???? I just spoke to Customers service and they gave me this excuse about the second time that I have my credit score low.

5. I get emails from Marshall's and TJX Rewards card all the time.

6. I have a lot of credit and this is the only card that does this lower y'all amount of credit.

7. If you accidentally swipe right a second time, you'll end up on the menu page and lose your place and browsing filters.

8. I am still able to pay my bill, but not sign in for rewards, etc?Terrible app... every time I try to open the app to pay o buy it won't let me.

9. Or you guys fix this or close it for good, because is not helping at all...This Marshall app was poorly developed, and not user friendly.

10. Thinks I need to verify my email, but won't send me an email so I can verify it.

11. It has a weird swipe feature when viewing merchandise.
