SilverSneakers GO Customer Insights

1. The few minor things I find a tiny bit annoying are that 1)the timer only shows for warm-ups so you need a separate device since the exercises are per time 2)some exercises don't have instructions (there's only one I've noticed so far that has actually impacted my workout, though) 3) for me it would be nice to also mark videos as want to try and unable to do/don't like Very minor notes for an overall great app Does use a LOT of data, though, so use wifiMy main complaint is that the ap is locked in portrait orientation.

2. The app does not sync up with the Silver Sneakers website, which causes some duplicates on the website.Great workout videos from begginer to advanced.

3. Twice, I have been able to log on, started my walk, even checking after a few minutes to make sure it was recording.

4. Am done with it.Often times when trying to record a SS activity done on zoom or video, I hit next ant gies to a blank screen that says: "Undefined Fatal Exception".

5. I never thought I would enjoy online exercise but this has been better than in person in many ways!This is the best app I have ever installed for my health.

6. Turn it off once it has been viewed.Very user friendly app! The Zoom classes are wonderful.

7. They offer lots of options for doing the exercises based on your own ability, and directions for doing the workouts safely.

8. I love the on demand videos, but unless I favorite them, cannot ever find again.

9. For example, the 'My Progress' week begins on Monday with no ability to change it to the calendar week, which starts on Sunday.

10. I can add additional activities, it has not gone blank on me, and I am able to maneuver around far better than a mont ago.

11. I earned a gift card for keeping a steady trend in exercising! I love it ❤️Excellent! I was skeptical of the app at first.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SilverSneakers GO Issues

1. Fix SilverSneakers GO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SilverSneakers GO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SilverSneakers GO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SilverSneakers GO" » Open SilverSneakers GO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SilverSneakers GO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SilverSneakers GO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SilverSneakers GO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SilverSneakers GO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SilverSneakers GO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SilverSneakers GO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SilverSneakers GO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SilverSneakers GO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SilverSneakers GO not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SilverSneakers GO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SilverSneakers GO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
