1. moreover Du support is very unhelpful they are unable to solve the issue from last week and so on.Du proves to go from worse to worse, the app is not working, and you can not find a single announcement from the company confirming that, they used to totally ignore their clients, they are perfect only in collectionthey ask you to accept privacy policy and provide no way of accepting it.
2. Despite having valid accounts with both Du and Entertainer, this app does not login and does not even allow you to register or even sends an email when you choose the forget password option despite recognizing that email is valid.
3. As I eat bugs for extra protein..this is not a major problem I can't fix...see you after lunchi have changed my phone and was unable to login, when I click forget my password I don't recieve email to reset the password.
4. It is a shame that DU cares nothing for its customers who are indirectly partners in their successes.Du! What's the point of offering if this "free" entertainer app if one cannot retrieve their account information, create a new account, or even just log in? This is a failure of basic fundamentals.I think it has a bug in the system..I can't log on.
5. When i request for password change, it says the link has been sent to my mail id, but i haven't received a single mail so far.
6. Kindly fix this so that i can give a genuine rating after utilising the offers on the app.Du is the worst in terms of absolutely everything from their apps to the supposed service they should provide.

10. Their customer service is clueless about everything and go as far as lying just to get rid of you same when you visit their shops with complaints.
11. It shows the DNA of DU which lacks customer satisfaction and probably commitment to only self enrichment.
