    SeTracker2 Customer Insights

    1. But honestly 30 bucks for a kids watch phone isnt bad at all.This app is a great idea but needs a lot of work.

    2. The watch itself is functional, the phone calls work ok.

    3. There is no reply when attempting to send messages to the app developer.This watch was listed in an article as one of the best tracking watches for kids.

    4. Those are the only 2 things I really need the app for.The watch has worked wonders an gives me great peace of mind but the accompanying app has given me the blues.

    5. If you love barely functioning apps that shove ads in your face, this one is for you! After subscribing to upgrade to ad free experience, you'll still get randomly bombarded with ads and will need to go into settings to reset "no ad" option.

    6. The watch often doesn't connect when attempting to use functions through the app such as sound guardian or attempting to call it.

    7. It does work and provides lots of functionality that similar apps charge extra for (like voice chat).Very few instructions on how to use the app.

    8. It only updates location every 10 min and half the time it's wrong, which isn't super helpful for tracking a child who runs.

    9. The watch seems to work fine except for the GPS part.

    10. Basically, stay clear of any "smart watch" that's bundled with this junk.I love the fact it give you so much control.

    11. The GPS in the app isn't always correct and the boundaries settings doesn't work.

    Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SeTracker2 Issues

    1. Fix SeTracker2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


    1. Restart SeTracker2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
    2. Update the SeTracker2 App. Here is how:
      1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SeTracker2" » Open SeTracker2 » click "Update".
      2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SeTracker2 » click "UPDATE".
    3. Clear SeTracker2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SeTracker2 servers.
      1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SeTracker2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
    4. Check SeTracker2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SeTracker2 might not work.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall SeTracker2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SeTracker2 then reinstall.
    6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SeTracker2 not working


    2. Fix SeTracker2 Server issues & Internet Connection


    1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SeTracker2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
    2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SeTracker2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
    3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SeTracker2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
