Cancel SeTracker2 Subscription on iPhone & iPad


Steps to cancel SeTracker2 subscription on your iOS device:

If you signed up to SeTracker2 via Paypal, Paypal helps you cancel directly from your Paypal account. Here is how:

  1. Sign in to your PayPal Account.
  2. Click "Settings "" from the top of your account page.
  3. Select "Payments".
  4. Click "Manage Automatic Payments".
  5. Under Automatic Payments tab, you will see SeTracker2. Click it

  • I tried to update the SeTracker App as recommended. After update, I can no longer access account due to "password error." I DO know my password, however I tried the "forgot password" to reset, but the verification code never arrives in my email.   • Dear Team,

    After a SeTracker2 app update We are unable to add secondary admin for my kids watch.
    after adding the watch details on the second phone/account it is showing that is waiting for admin approval. On the main phone/account nothing is coming so I cannot approve like we did before.

    We created and addional account to test. Same issue.

  • My problem is that the “do not disturb” option does not work on my kids watch. Every time I try to set up a start and an end time through the app it tells me that “start time must be before end time” and this is exactly what I’m doing but it still doesn’t accept it for some reason!!
