SeTracker Customer Insights

1. I don't get why the APP keeps trying to tell me the watch isn't here nor why half the time it tells me the device is offlineNow that I've used the app for two weeks, I've discovered glitches and I have realised that the interface is a mission to navigate.

2. I would say the listening device aspect works about 60% of the timeI can communicate with watch, but the time settings are unclear and change.

3. The watch cannot be muted or switched off by the kid - practically there is no way to prevent incoming marketing / public opinion polls while the kid is in on the lecture in school...Got a Lil Tracker watch for my Dad so he would have a way to call me in case he needs anything since he can't use his cell phone anymore.

4. The location portion of the app doesnt work, it is not even close to where the watch is...gps is really bad and unreliable so dont count on that working... i reset and followed directions, no luck.

5. you get notifications when the SOS button is pressed and when a picture is taken.This watch phone does it's job and my daughter likes it.

6. I was hoping that the GPS and tracking would work too but the app keeps telling me the watch is either across the lake from me or up in Washington DC.

7. Watch works but wish I could track location!!The app overall works well.

8. the watch obviously does NOT have a GPS chip installed, so it triangulates location using cell towers.

9. Please fix this bug.I have an S30 (??) watch, what theoretically supports that it can be called only from a number in its phone book.

10. But other than those small things it works good.I don't get notifications for messages until I open the app, and then they won't go away, the messages I send and receive go away after seeing them, you can only "text" 15 characters.

11. My son was so excited for this watch and none of it works.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SeTracker Issues

1. Fix SeTracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SeTracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SeTracker App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SeTracker" » Open SeTracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SeTracker » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SeTracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SeTracker servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SeTracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SeTracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SeTracker might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SeTracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SeTracker then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SeTracker not working


2. Fix SeTracker Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SeTracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SeTracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SeTracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • need help with the se tracker 2 . it wont allow me the manual mode for tracking frequency as it has 1 hour ,10 minutes and 1 minute. this feature drains out the battery of my kid’s smartwatch quickly as i am unable to deselect all options so forced to leave it on with one hour which still drains the battery before school since i charge it the evening before.

  • I have just topped up my son's watch and I am trying to add phone numbers to it again as they all got deleted from no use or data for a few months and now when I try to add numbers it tells me the device is offline or off when it is on.   • Hello, dears,
    We are sellers of some kid's watches that are using tracker. The IP of some watches is changed after a while. The default IP is 54.169.10.136 with port 8001 but after a while, we see their IP changes automatically to 18.138.175.34 with the same port. Their watches stop working with the new IP. We try to change back by the following command in SMS (PW,123456,URL,54.169.10.136,8001#) but the IP doesn't change.
    Please guild us to help our customers to change their IP

  • My kid unstalled the setracker and I think the email I registred was wrong( as I can see on the Picture, I maybe registred as georgiagraceb@redacted@yahoo.com . With 2 @yahoo.com. I registred again as georgiagraceb@redacted . When I try to log in it appears that The device is already paired with another account waiting for device authorization.
    I dont know what to do.
    I´m the administrator but I can´t access these setracker account because that e-mail is worng.
    The watch is paired with de account I can´t acess
