1. Its Mainland China's website only allow the users who have Mainland China's phone number to report the issues!! The app doesn't even worth 1 point!this is the worst meeting app I've ever been used, when I want to change my name there's a limit on characters and there's a chinese text showing, and on the verification code there's a puzzle piece right? when I drag it to the exact point of the puzzle where you need to put it, it says that I didn't put the puzzle in right position.

2. But now it does not work it's not showing the video shared by others a and even we cannot hear the audio and messages are not being sent in the chat section .And it's not sending the chats in chat section .

3. But the main issue with the app is that it consumes a lot of data which makes it practically impossible to use on a daily ir regular basis specially if one is using Mobile Data.I think this app is good.

1. Fix VooV Meeting Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VooV Meeting: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VooV Meeting App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VooV Meeting" » Open VooV Meeting » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VooV Meeting » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VooV Meeting app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VooV Meeting servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VooV Meeting" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VooV Meeting app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VooV Meeting might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VooV Meeting. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VooV Meeting then reinstall.
