It wasted my hours.Not a good app at all,not taking location, delivery or pick up, same response, area out of coverage, cant select the nearest resturant :(Very late delivery, more than one hour!!!! And then ask for the address by WhatsApp! Not sure why then you asked for the address first placeWas unable to select the branch for Branch pickup.

2. 👎Bad quality of food and delivery The delivery took approximately one and half hours to arrive and after receiving the food I found it not as described, I ordered a meat mix grill, but I received only 2 grill kinds of grill not a mix the beef was not fresh, not tender and most of the grill peices are burnt, the way the food was served is not professional.

3. And there is no proper contact to trace delivery and if someone chats and says its out for delivery for an hour, it bad.. And they charges for the delivery too.. good thing is that my location is now marked as beyond delivery..I can barely see the Menu option.

4. Even customer care is not friendly and rude behavior canceled the order without confirmation and refund process only to the application wallet not to the bank account.

5. Finally I canceled my order and it shows successfully completed!! They're not ready for app experience.Good application but the orders are ALWAYS late.

6. It gave me that food is on the way 30 minutes ago I called them the order was still being prepared.

7. Food use to be quite attractive in terms of taste and delivery.

8. Taking 75 minutes to deliver order while I'm near to the branch.

9. But last order I waited for 1 hour 45 minutes, and cancelled.

10. I'll Uninstall this worthless app and search for a real food appWorst experience on app.
