1. If you can't build a decent native app, at least make the web site work on mobile.Loading time is high and sometimes simply looping.Many functions are missing and now a days app is not working at all.Can't open or even see attachments.

2. DOES Not work!Missing some of the other features like the suscribe feature.The mobile app version is just OK.Needs more features.Many features still missing.

3. Missing most features (teams, views, reports, knowledge base etc) and app hasnt been updated in 6+ months.

4. Are there really alot of Teamsupport pirates out there trying to circumvent the EULA through fraudulent login sharing?Very slow and missing features.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TeamSupport Issues

1. Fix TeamSupport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TeamSupport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TeamSupport App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TeamSupport" » Open TeamSupport » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TeamSupport » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TeamSupport app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TeamSupport servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TeamSupport" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TeamSupport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TeamSupport might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TeamSupport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TeamSupport then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TeamSupport not working


2. Fix TeamSupport Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TeamSupport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TeamSupport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TeamSupport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
