As a driver we are wasting our time and petrol its so feel bad 👎 so pls update your app to resolve this problem otherwise you'll lose your platform Thank youThis app is very good it is easy to use and it helps the captain to derive easily so I would like to share my opinion for drivers who wents to work taxi and also it is beter to the passengers move place to place and also it not expensive so all of you can try taxiF have a niceVery bad experience.

3. if the driver wants to cancel the order after a long time waiting for the customer, then diducting money from the driver's account too....Totaly very Bad app and Bad experience always.These people are not professional enough to run such a business like this.

4. Drivers are waiting for the cstomer 5, 10 , 15 , 20 minits at the end customers are cancelling the order so loosing the time and petrol of Drivers.

11. Had bery bad experience.Its hard to apply google map are Waze on this app better if taxiF can upgred there own map.

1. Fix TaxiF Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TaxiF Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TaxiF Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TaxiF Driver" » Open TaxiF Driver - Be the Captain! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TaxiF Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TaxiF Driver - Be the Captain! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TaxiF Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TaxiF Driver - Be the Captain!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TaxiF Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TaxiF Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TaxiF Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TaxiF Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TaxiF Driver not working

2. Fix TaxiF Driver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TaxiF Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TaxiF Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TaxiF Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
