1. I was about to loose my flight!It is good for deaf people to use that cant hear on the phone than ask other people to call the cab for them .Appears on Google when you enter a specific taxi company name yet does not appear on the app after it prompts installation.
2. Rubbish.I finally got the app to successfully work and have booked a taxi too its pleasing and delightful when things eventually work outNew years eve, from Northampton to Wellingborough, prompt, reasonable price, friendly driver.
3. When I book a taxi for a 10am pick up it needs to BE THERE at 10 am.USELESS. Tried to book a taxi for the next morning, couldn't because it was more than 6hrs in advance.
4. Used a different firm instead and then got texted abuse from this apps driver for canceling short notice.
5. It would be great if prebooked cars showed up at the time you wanted them instead of only looking for a car at the pickup time.
6. Booking went through, but app didn't say it had assigned a driver or let me know anyone was coming.
7. When I complaind about the issu the driver's behaviour was too rude.
8. Set an alarm an hour early to book in the morning.
9. I have had to cancel 2 bookings this week because waiting would have made me late for an appointment.
10. Like seeing where can is on map via gpsI pre-ordered a van to go to the airport, however, they sent me a sedan car.
11. I called and emailed the company, no one responded though.
