1. The automated chat system is a joke!! 😡 Doesn't help one bit!! You charge $4.95 to transfer so you make plenty of money off everyone, but can't afford to hire good customer service.

2. What a coincidence, I haven't been able to borrow this whole week and the issue haven't been fixed, don't seem like it will be fixed, and I can't talk to a real customer service person.

People on here lying about speaking to someone because you can't.This app is somewhat helpful BUT the price they charge you to get a portion of your paycheck early is outrageous-$4.95 as to Daily Pay only charged $2.95 if you wanted money instantly or $1.95;if you wsanted in couple days! Also they don't update your funds like they should- at the end of your shift your funds should update accordingly BUT it won't give you the portion of what they allow you to accees,just little chunks over multiple times so they can charge you $4,95 EVERYTIME!!!!!Worked fine at first.

4. Don't depend on this service, they will wreck your checkbook by not being there when you truly need it!I downloaded THIS APP if it wasn't for the fact my employer goes through them I would do it!!! They have horrible customer service period.

1. Fix Tapcheck Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tapcheck: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tapcheck App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tapcheck" » Open Tapcheck » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tapcheck » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tapcheck app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tapcheck servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tapcheck" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tapcheck app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tapcheck might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tapcheck. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tapcheck then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tapcheck not working

2. Fix Tapcheck Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tapcheck be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tapcheck not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tapcheck may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
