3. I have to do off and on the access for it to work properly frequently.It's amazing but some times not working, some times I need to reinstall it to work againWork as described: to lock a chat or the entire app.

5. The worst part everytime it would pop up and I would be typing I would click the stupid AD and the bottom and then my phone would go to some random site that I now had to get off.

1. Restart Locker For SnapApp Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Locker For SnapApp Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Locker For SnapApp Chat" » Open Locker For SnapApp Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Locker For SnapApp Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Locker For SnapApp Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Locker For SnapApp Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Locker For SnapApp Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Locker For SnapApp Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Locker For SnapApp Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Locker For SnapApp Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Locker For SnapApp Chat then reinstall.
