I'm a first-year student of Spanish and Welsh so once in a while the interpretations are more complex than what I need yet I can still use itThe moment I opened the app i had to pay a fee just for translating songs for my Grandma, then I had to go find ANOTHER app to translate English songs for my Grandma since she's Japanese and still doesn't understand English.

1. Fix Translate Platinum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Translate Platinum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Translate Platinum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Translate Platinum" » Open Translate Platinum - Online Tr » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Translate Platinum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Translate Platinum - Online Tr app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Translate Platinum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Translate Platinum - Online Tr" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Translate Platinum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Translate Platinum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Translate Platinum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Translate Platinum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Translate Platinum not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Translate Platinum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Translate Platinum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Translate Platinum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
