1. Why bother even making an Android version of this app? Is there anything you can actually do with the OS version? It sounds like you can't cancel a subscription or switch between subscription & single pay so I guess it's only good for getting you into the car wash itself? This app is such a hot mess I would rather manually wash my car than use this app.Painful app.

2. I have a monthly subscription for the top tier wash, The Works, & sometimes it'll do a great job of cleaning & then other times it'll look like dirty water is being used to clean the vehicles.

3. I cleared all data and reinstalled the app and there was no change.There doesn't seem to be any intuitive way to switch back and forth between a 'monthly subscription' and 'pay per wash' on the app, or at least confirm which type of subscription you have.

4. Being an android phone user I encountered some initial problems when I attempted to cancel my subscription simply due to the fact that we are moving to an area where there are currently no facilities located to use.

5. To the company's credit these issues were settled promptly and I rate the car wash itself 5 stars while giving 4 stars to the app due to initial difficulty.Sad that the billing part is detached from the service part.

6. I don't feel there should have been any additional charge because there was no upgrade just moved the plan between vehicles.I don't really use the app but the car wash itself is inconsistent.

7. I downloaded the app to try it for "pay per wash" and was only able to choose the subscription.

9. I am greeted with "Vehiclel license plate is already in use".The Covington, Louisiana location is a fantastic car wash facility and the personnel are friendly and professional.

10. If I could add the pics I took to show, I would.The app works unless you are looking to use a promotional code to begin your subscription.
