1. But why would I subscribe when they won't fix what I wanted.It takes forever to update some new wells and when they do, Google does horrible job updating the maps.Seems to work good on iPhone but when I search by well name it doesn't populate on my android.

2. it seems pretty up to date.Your app has all the wells it's just very hard to search for them you need an option to just search the area you are in not 100 to 400 miles away and an option to just search one company I have to put it on map wells near me and just poke around search engine is really horribleYou renewd a subscription i dont use nor gave you permission to renew.

5. UPDATE still cannot navigate to wellsites from saved wells.

6. It will only let me search by API number which I don't always have.This is a pretty darn good app considering it is free.

8. I saved every well I've been to, but when I try to open some of them from saved, the app crashes.

1. Fix Go To Well Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Go To Well: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Go To Well App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Go To Well" » Open Go To Well » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Go To Well » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Go To Well app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Go To Well servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Go To Well" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Go To Well app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Go To Well might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Go To Well. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Go To Well then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Go To Well not working

2. Fix Go To Well Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Go To Well be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Go To Well not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Go To Well may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
