1. There is no option to cancel the order in give me error, and there is no customer service number for you just message with no response, and browsing apps is very difficult and boring.this app is really bad and lacks credibility:they take long time to prepare any order +many things are not available! and the replacement or cancellation of an item leaves you at the mercy of some stores, to send an invoice according to their mood + cost of delivery is fixed, even if the place is meters from you, unlike ordering by phone which is faster +less delivery cost + they publish good ratings mostly ! To keep all their stores with not less than 4.6 out of 5! No credibility!You automatically cancel items after you withdraw money from my account, I don't ever get it back, and customer service doesn't help that much!!!! I AM DELETING THE APP!! You steal my money, and cause me a lot of frustration, while...

2. Thieves.So, an e-commerce app that has no idea when your item will be delivered, if your item is available or not, and even the price! More than once the same issue happens: I order something, and afterwards the bank notifications shows me a higher amount being charged to find out the item's price has changed AFTER REQUESTING! Horrible app.

3. Many delivery options with special instructions , Great customer service as well.Usefull but too many products are unavailable, sometimes half of the order, you can chose replacements ok but thats not the purpose of an online order + you receive sometimes a call.

4. I ordered order with an recipet amount, and upon execution, it was done with a higher recipet price, When the order arrived, it arrived with a new higher recipet and a third increase.

5. I finally figured out that if I go to the play store and reopen the app from there, I can access the "cancel order" button.Usually, my experience with instashop is great.

6. Never again.I gave this 1 because or a major flaw: when you receive a substitution request, the app doesnt provide you with a "cancel order" option.

7. Once an order is placed, it can take hours to find out half the items in the order are not available.

8. I resume you order, you have to keep your mobile close for replacements and for calls, monitoring delivery that is mostly too late.

9. Its not really order and wait peacefully the delivery of your chosen products.

10. Items need to be updated to avoid confusionNot all pharmacies, pasateries or shops near to my destination appear in the app list however my neighbors in same area haven't this problem.

11. But the last time I ordered, there was a mix-up in item costs between the original price in store and price on the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix InstaShop Issues

1. Fix InstaShop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart InstaShop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the InstaShop App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InstaShop" » Open InstaShop: Grocery Delivery » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InstaShop » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear InstaShop: Grocery Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InstaShop servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InstaShop: Grocery Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check InstaShop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InstaShop might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall InstaShop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InstaShop then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InstaShop not working


2. Fix InstaShop Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InstaShop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InstaShop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InstaShop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
