Al-Khobar & Dammam options are not available even for pickup orders Its really disappointingApp is not working..it gives msg to update where as there is no update available .. and doesnot move forwardVery slow for searching location by GPS, before was better manual search I can't even open the application it stop in the search page even I choose take way not deliveryI don't know how this company is running food business.. unprofessional App makes you change your mind when you to order.. And i cant seem to find the Ny strip loin steak dish but instead only the sirloin which is also another thing to note there are less variety of cuta to pick from now which is really not favorable.. If things will stay as is i doubt a 50% would be enough for me to visit again.I ordered from this app , and I have waited more than one hour , then I contacted with them through the messages and told me the delivery time set to the next day ! " an option its checked to deliver ASAP while you processing " Anyhow this very stupid, why on earth you made that option and checked it for me ?! And when we contacted with the restaurant through the phone the man who answered said I'll make sure and call back, and he never called back.

3. Very disrespectfulNo way to know where is your order, no one responds to the messages I made a delivery order and after 2 hours of trying to contact the restaurant they said it was a pickup.Created first order but no delivery and nobody even bothered to call to apologize.

4. I waited for long time because app shows that order is already processed and assigned to driver?App is not working properly.

5. Gotta say at first it was amazing but now not anymore, lots of stuff were removed suddenly when i was about to make a big order that worth about 600sar.

1. Fix Steakhouse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Steakhouse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Steakhouse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Steakhouse" » Open Steakhouse » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Steakhouse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Steakhouse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Steakhouse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Steakhouse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Steakhouse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Steakhouse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Steakhouse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Steakhouse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Steakhouse not working

2. Fix Steakhouse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Steakhouse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Steakhouse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Steakhouse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
