1. Wake up people!We can finally see our rewards and actually use them in-app, but you can't see or update the credit card on file in your account, AND the menu is different than when ordering through the Outback website! A big example which is a deal breaker for our family, is that when ordering through the app, you cannot order Seasonal nor Mixed Vegetables as a side with your meal! Only as an Extra add-on! If you can order it on the website, it should be available in the app, too!App would not let me order a 15oz ribeye.
2. Outback Steakhouse is one of the few restaurants I can eat at due to Celiac, and they're the only ones with a good gluten free dessert.I have tried many times over the last few months to log in to order using the app.
3. Seems hardly worth the effort, because, once earned, according to the website's "How it works", you apparently have only 90 days to use it or lose it; I would assume then that the accumulated points are on a 90-day rolling program.
4. I wound up calling in my order because of the issues I experienced.This app works about 20% of the time.
5. Main functionality of getting on the wait list is not DOES NOT WORK!!! When you get to the restaurant, there's always some reason why the wait list request didn't work.
6. I also tried to re-order a previous order but the app said the items in the previous order weren't available.
7. I go through the whole ordering process, when I finally get to the Submit Order, I get "an unknown error has occurred".
8. Also, when editing an item in the basket, the app changes the order to default values instead of maintaining the original selections.
9. I've never been able to actually place an order on what I want.
10. Deleting app and likely the initial account I have set up.The app used to be wonderful, now with the changes Outback made, it doesn't work right ever.
11. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN USING THE 'Get on the wait list" and just showing up.
