1. I'm uninstalling this, it's not worth keeping an app that can't place the order like it claims it can.The first thing the app did was tell me they were experiencing high volume and to use the website.

2. After trying various pick up times, I placed the order on Longhorn's glitchy website.

3. Lo and behold, my original pick up time worked and my order was confirmed.

4. The second time I screen shot my order and compared it to what I received.

5. It searches for the location but doesn't provide the next step to actually see the wait time and add yourself to the list.This app is useless.

6. Please don't forget to tip! The app provides options of tip percentages or a custom amount so its super easy quick but not required.Display of the menu is great! Organization and pricing are easy to follow.

7. Otherwise, the website links to the app and still won't alow you to click "join waitlist" 3/31/23 Still doesn't work.

8. I only have a 30 minute lunch break at work, so this just makes it more efficient for me to quickly place an order.

9. Utter garbage! Don't bother! *edit* I tried again and now the app has a screen pop up and say "we found that your device is rooted, please use a different device." My phone is not rooted.

10. The manager told me to call rather than use the app.Use it often, very convenient! Nice website design! Good food for a reasonable price.

1. Fix LongHorn Steakhouse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LongHorn Steakhouse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LongHorn Steakhouse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LongHorn Steakhouse" » Open LongHorn Steakhouse® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LongHorn Steakhouse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LongHorn Steakhouse® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LongHorn Steakhouse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LongHorn Steakhouse®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LongHorn Steakhouse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LongHorn Steakhouse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LongHorn Steakhouse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LongHorn Steakhouse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LongHorn Steakhouse not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LongHorn Steakhouse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
