1. my order is the Grande Triple chocolate chip frappuchino with 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and extra whipped cream.there were too many ads and there weren't pictures of the drinks I dont get a drink based on the name if I see something I like I'll click the name it was just so annoying with ads popping up every 5 secondsThis app constantly closes as soon as I open it.

1. Fix Secret Menu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Secret Menu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secret Menu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secret Menu" » Open Secret Menu for Starbucks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secret Menu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secret Menu for Starbucks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secret Menu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secret Menu for Starbucks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secret Menu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secret Menu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secret Menu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secret Menu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secret Menu not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Secret Menu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Secret Menu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Secret Menu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
