1. It IS a little confusing the way things are labeled buy faster than waiting in line and if the stuff you want often runs out (GF donuts) it's very convenient and reassuring to order and KNOE you'll get your items.
2. Shame as they are best donuts in Chicago.Everytime I order delivery through the app, the store doesn't receive my order.
3. It constantly will not load and order is nearly impossible.When you order ahead online using app, despite picking up in store myself, I was automatically charged 20% tip.
4. I ordered 3 donuts & when I went to pick up my order, they gave me 1 donut.
5. If I don't call to follow up, the order never gets delivered since the workers don't see it come across.Always crashes when getting to the review order step.
6. Next time I will wait to get to store and order in person.Really badly designed.
7. I ordered a couple gluten free donuts and two cold brew coffees with oat milk and was able to specify in notes below exactly how much oat milk and ice I wanted.
8. (I doN'T blame the store at all.) Next, I went to seek customer service on the app, but there's NO OPTION for customer support.This app is absolutely the worst I've ever used.
