1. Absolutely outrageous!! Very disappointed in McDonald's, as they don't even have proper customer service.Poor password recovery service & no acceptance of debit/credit card number!!! Recently, I bought a new phone & had to log in again to place an order.
2. All in all not what one expects from McDonald'sExtremely pathetic app ... At first I tried to make a guest order but it wouldn't let me by saying that I'm inserting an invalid card number and then it wouldn't even let me make an account to register in it .
3. If they are unavailable why don't let the customer know before the whole sign up hassle.The crew are just terrible.I placed an order through this app, and then someone called to let me know that my order was cancelled because my location is out of their range.
4. Tried 3 different cards and 100% correct inputs because I'm used to making online transactions frequently but this idiotic app keeps declining cards.
5. Tried completing online payment process two times through two different cards, but upon entering all the details, it says the payment was not successful.
6. If Mcdonald don't want to take payments on credit cards on delivery app, simply remove the option.
7. On trying again, the app keeps saying that an email has been sent but I never found it.
8. When I order cash on delivery, it is instantly accepted and placed.
9. I forgot my password & the app told me that an email, for resetting the password, had been sent to me.
10. I thought I can now easily order from home, but what a time waste is this app.
11. The worst experience for me ever with ordering for take away.Never ever received a activation email, also check junk folder.
