Although it's possible to register I'm feeling angry or so, it'd be nice to have more options bc it stays registered as "very sad"Great to organise your thoughts and feelings, and to keep a track on how you're evolving in your therapy!It's a great application, although can use some more emotions in the selection menu.Really useful.
2. Sometimes we forget those things.The design of the app is great, and the app itself works fine, but it would be nice to creat more moods and edit them.I only see happy, neutral and sad faces.
3. It now works, it's a great app to keep my psychologist updated, and way less clunky than messaging her every once in a while or emailing her a document every week.
4. Studying those registries make you learn about how you stress or sad, same with what makes you happy and excited.
5. My ine suggestion would be to make more emotions available to choose from though (e.g. sick, resigned, numb etc)usability is lackluster.

7. The green color should be related to the Most Positive Mood, for example.
8. I only suggest to change the color of the icons due to semantics.
