1. The "bag" area let's you store clothes you may come back to which is very useful instead of taking screenshots and them getting lost in your camera rollquick app and great discounts.. will definitely refer this app, minus 2 start due to high delivery charges.. If we are buying products of thousands of pounds they should at least offer free delivery.

2. The only issue I have, is the glitch: when I try to view an item from my favourites/wishlist, it doesn't seem to load the product page.The shop is great.

3. This makes it pretty unusable, as you spend time putting your search criteria in, and as soon as you've viewed one item from your search results, you get dumped back on the home screen and have to start all over again.

4. They also admitted to me in an email that products can go through check & process without being checked?! Also refused to offer me a good will gesture to keep me despite being a first customer.

5. The main issue for me is that once you've viewed a product, either pressing the device back button or the arrow top-left drops you back on the home screen of the app.

6. I used to shop on flannels alot now but since I can't do without getting frustrated waiting for it to load for 2 minutes I really can't be bothered.

7. Long may Flannels continue to be one of the most pinical Clothing, Footwear and Accessories, High Street Stores!This app is brilliant for finding the clothes for you.

8. This need to be fixed as is an issue with the app and not native to the device.I shop here alot, so it's really handy to have the app.

9. I got annoyed after having to do this 4 times in quick succession, so just didn't bother any more.Awful. I have to say I miss the old version of the app since now it's extremely slow and virtually unusable.

10. as for flannels shoes arived damaged with a crumpled box and blatantly worn before with hair inside the shoe.

1. Fix Flannels Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flannels: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flannels App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flannels" » Open Flannels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flannels » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flannels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flannels servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flannels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flannels app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flannels might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flannels. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flannels then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flannels not working

2. Fix Flannels Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flannels be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flannels not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flannels may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
