SOS app has helped me with remote IT since COVID and its been extremely helpful and at a fair price too!!It's supposed to work for chromebook but I was un-successful at getting it to work correctly.I use it to walk people through setup steps and I love that I can show them where to click.Good support appFairly useless can only view the phone no controlAwesome support app.

1. Fix Splashtop SOS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Splashtop SOS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Splashtop SOS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Splashtop SOS" » Open Splashtop SOS – Remote Support » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Splashtop SOS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Splashtop SOS – Remote Support app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Splashtop SOS servers.
