1. My daughter did it once for the 30 second instructions for an experiment then preferred simply reading the instructions for the other experiments.Worked great, book says to press wrong button.

2. The app opens to the start up screen an when you go to do a project the professor doesnt come up.My son was soooo excited for this app and toy and it worked all of 10 minutes before the professor disappeared.

3. After pressing the 4D Science button (book says to press the Chemistry button) it worked well for us.

1. Fix Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab" » Open Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Professor Maxwell’s 4D Lab" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
