1. Hopefully they'll do it for Fabulous Lightning McQueen because there's alot of potential for another one of these masterpieces.I cant get this thing to work! why is it so dificult! I've been trying to get this set up for three months now! I get to the point where it becomes frustrating and just give up.

2. Having gone through what amounted to "does the power cord look intact" troubleshooting, support kindly sent me a new vehicle which has promptly gotten bricked at the same point in the update process as the first one.

3. Its always asking to plug in the car when it already is and connect to the wifi that doesnt even work.My bluetooth and location is on but still cannot connect to Lightning.

4. This is my second Ultimate Lightning McQueen since my first one was replace by Sphero and my experince has been very disappointing.

5. The car is supposed to update over bluetooth but for some stupid reason, switches to its own wireless AP and insists that you connect to it.

6. If Mr./Mrs. Sphero could make another LMQ, I should have a on-board camera feature (make it be in Lightning's windshield) and a voice recording feature (and he'll say it in his voice).

1. Fix Ultimate Lightning McQueen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ultimate Lightning McQueen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ultimate Lightning McQueen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ultimate Lightning McQueen" » Open Ultimate Lightning McQueen™ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ultimate Lightning McQueen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ultimate Lightning McQueen™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ultimate Lightning McQueen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ultimate Lightning McQueen™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ultimate Lightning McQueen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ultimate Lightning McQueen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ultimate Lightning McQueen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ultimate Lightning McQueen then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ultimate Lightning McQueen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
