1. Edit- There are connection issues and I'm going to send it back.Used to work great, but after playing with this again Ollie will not connect to my phone.

2. It seems you have to adjust direction every once in a while to maintain accurate driving? Now I lost power to Ollie, it clicks like it wants to move but nothing happens.

3. I press Drive icon, I tap Ollie, it lights up blue, then the app cycles to initializing... and after the circular backspace fills completely, it just stays on "initializing...". Cannot proceed.

8. Three I don't think this is to do with the app but ollie makes a noise that sounds like grinding either because of dust and dirt or the springs, I'm not sure if it is defective or not.

11. it might be a good idea to jave the need to have that on displayed in the app like when it tells you to enable bluetooth just to avoid the confusion, because i thought it was broken :'(.

1. Fix Ollie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ollie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ollie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ollie" » Open Ollie by Sphero » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ollie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ollie by Sphero app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ollie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ollie by Sphero" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ollie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ollie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ollie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ollie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ollie not working

2. Fix Ollie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ollie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ollie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ollie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
