1. Edit: The developers reached out to me to understand “what I’m referring to.” I provided them with a breakdown of the ludicrous number of steps (a dozen or more) and “required” information (email address, phone number, location, credit card, first and last name).
2. The recent orders section is useless as doesn't show me the last order I did, even though that's most likely what I want next.
3. Clearing the cache use to help but that doesn't seem to be the case any longer.Order time shows as `hh:mm ss` instead of giving an actual time.
4. But if you think you’re going to download this app to casually order coffee, you’re in for an unpleasant surprise.Bugs everytime I switch locations.
5. It only works one time, any time afterwards when you try to add items to the cart, the cart remains empty and it doesn't allow you to make purchases.
6. Get to the final order screen after confirming my location and then when I confirm the order, I get "Error: Failed to Finalize prices.". Very frustrating, otherwise easy to use.Terrible app.
7. I try to apply rewards but then it loses my order.App does not update with order status in a timely manner.
8. Poor testing for an app you force your customers to use.App checkout doesn't work, and also doesn't tell you until you've gone through the process of creating a cart.
9. Crashes, and far too much friction/steps involved to order a simple cup of coffee.
10. Then after going and just placing an order the good old fashioned way, it has the audacity to ping you to ask how your visit was.Worked once.
11. My coffee was cold because apparently it was sitting there ready while I was waiting outside for a notification that never came Now the app crashes almost everytime I try to open it.
