That is great because I used to have to pause and then go back to the app.I have used this reliably for many years now and it still helps me plough through highly technical text revision in an otherwise relaxed and enjoyable manner and best of all no eye strain, plus notes and quotes are just pause and copy easy...! Thanks allot for this app as it has really helped me in terms of accessibility and ergonomically acquiring new learnings in an easy way.Good app but unfortunately the notifications interface is poorly designed because the pause/play buttons on it disappear if my phone starts ringing making it so I can't pause it before answering the call and if I answer the call it keeps playing which is unacceptable.

Also if you miss the play or pause button by even a milimeter while trying to tap it the program will open up and often load into the spot you were at when you minimized it so you lose your place which is a MAJOR problem.In free version, (1) Cannot select text to copy in the text area! (2) My Tamil language document contains 2588 Characters.

3. If you open a text file or copy and past text into it, then it seems to be okay.Excellent program with the exception of the menu to select voices.

4. Also, the names of the voices are not designed in a way that allows you to easily discern if it's male or female or to even remember which voice you just chose.I agree with other people that what's great about this is you can actually put long texts on it.

5. Each time you change a voice you need to scan through a huge menu without any ability to tell what voice you currently have selected.

6. If you know the answers for this, tell in the descriptions in clear-cut manner!I've been using this to read any and everything aloud when I don't want to read it the old fashioned way.

7. The new update fixed the pause issue and now when I switch back to the app it continues to play where I left off.

8. Easy to use...A little laggy when I initially press play, but that could be because my phone is really full on memory.

9. It says "Retrieving Website's Text" with a little circle that keeps spinning and spinning forever.

10. Works flawlessly, I've been using this for almost three years now, you can even save the audio as a mp3, super convenient.

1. Fix TTSReader Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TTSReader Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TTSReader Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TTSReader Pro" » Open TTSReader Pro - Text To Speech » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TTSReader Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TTSReader Pro - Text To Speech app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TTSReader Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TTSReader Pro - Text To Speech" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TTSReader Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TTSReader Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TTSReader Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TTSReader Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TTSReader Pro not working

2. Fix TTSReader Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TTSReader Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TTSReader Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TTSReader Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
