1. I need it to work and to back up my recordings.The app connects to recorder, shares files from the recorder successfully, but if I try to download a file to mobile, it shuts down silently.

2. Cannot get it to register! Constantly getting "something went wrong, please try again"I am unable to register the app, I am definitely entering my name and email address correctly but after a short time of "please wait" I get "something went wrong, try again?".

3. Good enough for my uses, not for professional recording The App is only missing the feature to upload firmware to the recorder, had to use a USB-C to USB-C cable.

4. Also funny how these replies say those issues have been resolved but on the "what's new" screen in the app store it shows "last updated Nov 2021"...Very useless.

7. Recorder DVT6110 can only connect to 2.4GHz hotspot not 5GHz and password is only lowercase letters.

8. It is a very stupid design.It isn't clear from the instructions provided with voice tracers that the app is only compatible with certain versions of voice tracers.
